Same file running V18 shows stress values in Fatigue I (Final 3) stress check.

How is this resolved?

The "Cap" design output for "Cracking" (AASHTO 5.7.3.4) shows a code violation when checking top and bottom bar spacing at a given point.

For instance, at a given point, the "Top" bar cracking check will give expected results but the "Bottom" bar cracking check will show a Load Combination of "0" along with a Cracking Stress "fs" of "0". This results in the program checking the actual bar spacing against the absolute minimum spacing of 5".

If the "Cracking Stress", either top or bottom, shows a value of "0", then the program defaults to the minimum 5" spacing and shows a code violation. It would seem if there were "Zero" cracking stress, then the required spacing would be a "large" value.

The previous versions of RC Pier would show a "Zero Cracking Stress" but would result in a large required bar spacing value.

Is this a "program error" or am I inputting something wrong?

Thanks
