i wonder if you would kindly take a look at a project file which may be in need of repair. This has happened before and I uploaded the project folder and you where able to repair the file path to the project.

The project was loading fine until this afternoon when my Hevacomp application could not find any of my projects. It could not navigate to the file path where the project folder resides on our company network server.

When this occurred previously you sent me an upload link and you where able to repair the data and file path so the project would load. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Mono-pitch roofs at different heights supported by load-bearing wall

I have a school building to model using CAD input methodology.

It has a central load-bearing timber-frame wall supporting the ends of two mono-pitch roofs positioned at different heights. The wall between the top roof and lower roof is exposed and contains windows.

Below the lower roof the wall is an internal stud partition. The building is has a common ground-floor with no intermediate floors.

When I try to model the building and set up the roofs using the 'extend walls to underside of roof' command, the wall is rendered as an internal wall up to the top roof level. How can I model this wall to be exposed between the two roofs and not exposed internally? Any help much appreciated.

Ask A Question I

Ask a question in a forum.

Discussion Starter I

Start a discussion in a forum that receives 5 replies.

Run time error 76 In Netsys

Total newbie - first time user.
