You will find the files 'simp105.inp' and 'thor105.inp' in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\MX V8i (SELECTSeries 4)\MX\MFW\UK_tut" folder - I installed UK version, hence UK_tut. (Tutorial).

The best solution is to have the design created using linemode commands. When the H&V changes, you would only need to make some edits to the input file, and then re-run the file to redesign the model, and re-cut the cross sections. MX does not automatically…
