I have some clip borders which I am using to clip references out, in order to make life simple, I turned the class of the clip border line to construction class....in typical ORD fashion, the line still prints...I know I can turn the level off or turn off the plotting in level manager however it boggles my mind that Bentley cannot get simple things consistent. If something is on construction, it should NOT print

Any suggestions are welcome
