Missing Horizontal and vertical elements

Hello, I was trying to add toolbars for horizontal and vertical elements, but for some reason i am missing them. If I go to Geometry tab, I cannot see them as well. Does anybody know what the problem is? I have attached the screenshot as well

Hello,

For some reason, I am not able to see any preferences or styles in XIN file. I have tried downloading both MSXML 4.0 and MSXML 6.0 and I have placed them to both system32 folder and systemwow64 folder. But this did not help me and even after I restarted my computer both preference and style tabs are blank. Does anybody know what the issue can be?
