CC Master closes as soon as I try to add photos or create a new directory for a project.

I am Grad Student and I recently downloaded Bentley's CC software from the educational site onto my PC to generate building footprints from a collection of drone images. The problem is that CC Master closes as soon as I try to create new directory for a project or try to add photos to a block. I'm using a Dell Inspiron 5406 with 11th Gen Core i7 processor (4 cores), 16GB RAM and Intel Iris Xe integrated graphic card.

I would like to get help on what to do. Thank you.
