Software crashes

Hi there,

I use the Hevacomp V8i SS1 SP2. When I open existing projects the software often opens a new small window says:

.... Microsoft office project professional 2010....

....The features you are trying to use is on a network recourse that is unavailable.. click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package ''PrjProrWW.msi'' in the box below.

I select OK and says the path cannot be found.

Then I select cancel and opens a new windows with an 1706 Error.

Besides this, In one specific project I did, I am trying to open the results in the CIBSE gain and the software crashes. I have built the project and I am afraid of losing the work and waste time doing it again.

Please give me some kind of assistance.

The roof changes the walls' and room's height

Hi there,

I use the Hevacomp V8i SS1 SP2. I build the envelope, but when I set up the roof, it automatically changes the height of the walls and the room. How can I avoid this?
