You may be seeing this if you have a 3D Cut in a profile view. Either refresh the 3D Cut or delete it if you don't need it anymore, and that warning will likely go away.

Element Selection Dialog Box won't Display

I am in OpenRoads. I Click on "Element Selection" in the ribbon. It is stuck on selecting elements by fence and not individually. The dialog box that normally lets you select "Individual" or "Fence" will not display and I have no idea how to make it display…

If you mean the AccuSnap toolbar, click on the Snap mode area of the Status Bar, and then select the right, middle icon. Or type 'snap into the Search box for a list of the 4 places on the Ribbon where you can turn it on from.
