Staad AASHTO (LRFD) Design Code Version

What is the design code version for the AASHTO (LRFD) in Staad.Pro currently? Is it the AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications 7th Edition? The help menu says it is the AASHTO Standard Specifications for Highway Bridges 1998 which would be LFD.

RC Pier - EV & EH loads

I am designing an abutment using RC Pier. Under the Loads tab, I input/generate EV & EH loads. However, when I run an analysis and review the load combinations the vertical or horizontal earth loads are all "0". It appears that these loads are being applied based on the footing design. I am wondering why the loads are not showing up in the analysis.
