&lt;p&gt;Often I find that many problems I have are filed as defects (InRoads and Microstation). I tried to go to &amp;quot;Review an existing Service Request&amp;quot;, but I was denied access. Is the defect log only available to account administrators or am I looking in the wrong place?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am using Microstation V8i SS2.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have printed a pdf that shows text as a solid shade, see attached image.&amp;nbsp; What is likely causing the text to print as a solid band?&lt;/p&gt;
