Prior to Bentley, David worked as a Maintenance Manager at Hendrickson Canada and at ArcelorMittal Tubular. He was Lean Manufacturing and Maintenance Director for ArcelorMittal Romania, and Maintenance Excellence Transformation Manager at ArcelorMittal Flat Carbon Europe.
He is a Senior Change Leader for the Progress Academy and a Six Sigma Black belt.
