Data Collector: Key validation failed - duplicate key fields

Attempting to sync a location's data - having already synced some data successfully the previous day.

location syncing comes up with error: "Key Validation Failed - duplicate key fields found"

Surely data collector should be able to merge like fields and update with extra information?

Is it a setting in my config pack?

Error syncing location data

Good day,

I am urgently trying to sync a location to generate the log for a client. The location cannot be synced onto the project - error message reads that it cannot upload due to errors

No error messages visible showing data conflicts inside location

Export Mobile Data Entry Profile for Data Collector

Is it possible to export a Mobile data entry profile to another configuration pack?

Or is it impossible due to the profile being tied to the configuration pack?

Back Arrow in Data Collector Causing Glitches

When using the Data Collector App on a tablet and working within a new location, the back arrow to get out of that location requires multiple attempts to press before finally coming out of that window. Anyone else having this issue and know a fix?

How to unlock an Open Ground Data Field

A created data field (number type) has suddenly become uneditable in openground professional - how do I change this?

The Data Field's name has changed to italics

I am using the Data Collector in conjunction with Professional, so when I perform data entry on the tablet I can edit the field but not afterwards in professional.

The field is used for calculations in other fields

The field is not mandatory

It is not a calculated field

I used to be able to edit the field after the fact and the calculated fields changed automatically - anyone know of a fix?

Creating a searchable picklist for Data Collector

When inputting Geology, Classification or Legend Codes - one has to scroll through quite long lists in order to find the item each time - surely a searchable list could be created?

Quicklists are also an option

Error uploading photos in Data Collector

I seem to now be unable to upload the photos taken in Data Collector to the cloud. I have done this before but now can't?

Unable to add 'Consistency' Picklist as a header in 'Consistency' step

Able to add 'Consistency' as a step in my logging profile, with 'depth top' and 'depth bottom' and 'remarks' - however, unable to add the picklist of consistency terms - not sure why this is?

Is there a 'Round' expression one can use in calculations?

I want to calculate sensitivity ratio = peak result / residual result and round up this number to the nearest integer.

OpenGround Cloud Data Collector- Not syncing changes to data profiles

Good day,

I have been trying to make changes to the default values in my data entry profile's step's headers but these formula's do not sync or remain when I click 'Finish' - quite frustrating

Is this a syntax problem? The headers show no errors so not sure what the fix is?
