Limiting slenderness ratio: EN 1993 -1-1-1

Hello,

Is there a parameter to limit the slenderness ratio of members while designing per EN 1993-1-1 code in Staad? Typically, a main parameter does the job for AISC code.

Staad Pro Dutch Code Check still refers to old code NEN6770

When applying the Dutch National Annex to Eurocode, with including the parameter NA 2 to the Code checking, the report shows checks according the old Dutch code NEN6770 which is not valid anymore. It should reference to the NB2011 version of the National Annex, and show formulas from the National Annex, not formulas from an outdated code. Now for example formulas "eq.11.3.17a" are mentioned, which are not part of NB2011.

Next to this a check is performed based on EC-6.3.3 with reference to NEN6770-12.3.1.2.3. This check not applicable for Linear Elastic Analysis, and should not be applied. But now this check gives in most situation the highest unity check resulting in an overdesigned beam.

The Dutch National Annex is revised in 2011, but not incorporated nowadays (2019). When is Bentley planning to incorporate this version in Staad Pro?

Floor Load distribution values displayed incorrectly.

Hello,

I am trying to use floor load command for applying wind load on a cladded building. I see that the graphically displayed values of the floor load distribution are not correct for the end members. The correct values here should have been 1.04kpa*7.2m/2 = 3.744kn/m.

For vertical loads, the values are displayed correctly for the end members.

Am I missing something here?
