Can't open gINT project created with a previous version - Access 97 version database

I have a truly old project circa 2000 that we are trying to access the data from, but get the "Can't open project created by a previous version" error. This is not solved by re-iinstalling the MS Access database engine, and Connect Version 10.02 can't update in the Uitlities Compact/Repair. Based on other posts in the forum, we need to convert using an older version of gINT (10.00 or earlier), or Access 2003, neither of which I have available.

IT is looking into it, but I have an immediate need for this data. I'm hoping I can email the file to a Bentley Colleague to convert.
