Is there a way to create a background mask behind field text using the Civil Labeler?

Even with an appropriate text style with a background, the background does not apply to field text.

In fact it doesn't apply to field text in standard Microstation cel either.

What would be the appropriate way to apply a background mask to a field text?

Thank you very much.

Lane Load Details Window Worst Roadway

I am using a floating lane layout on a simple span 5 steel girder bridge.

Once I run the analysis I want to verify that all Roadways are being considered.

I am using the "Lane Load Details" window to check this. However, when selecting the "Mz positive" Influence Surface Group, it shows that Roadway 1 is the worst Roadway for all of my girders. I am finding this confusing as I was expecting different roadways to cause the maximum moments in different beams. Namely, how are both exterior girders seeing the maximum moment from the same Roadway: Roadway 1 which is a truck shifted all the way to one side of the bridge (as seen in the images below)?

If not what will be the work around to include the wind loads for construction in the model?

Do you know If I can see the change in reactions at other supports due to the vertical displacement of one support? Do you think I can simulate that in LEAP Steel?

(This condition is just in the presence of a Dead load and no Live loads)
