When I add the standard tabs from the the available list, it never saves the added tabs or randomly discards tabs I've added. Every time I open MicroStation it could be different. I haven't been able to add any new customized tools as I can't get the standard tabs to consistently open in any manner. I also can't seem to delete a workflow I created by mistake. It will not remove despite me deleting it several times. Any ideas how to resolve this? Can .dgnlibs become corrupt?

Just a simple tool to merge one or multiple levels from an attached (DGN,DWG) file into your active file is all that's needed. Another idea might be to enhance the level remapping tool in level manager to include copying from a reference file level.

I feel like now I've have to go back in time maybe 15 years to develop custom cells that will not perform nearly as well as the old Draft Tools. No developer is developing these types of crucial tools anymore either, so the simple drafting needs of every project has become so much more complicated.
