IFC errors

In addition to the mapping issue we are experiencing - when selecting the cobie output option we are not getting a spreadsheet option. Where should the Cobie.exe be located?

Also there is an error preventing some objects from translating - see bottom of image - can anyone help on this?

And finally once we have a report how can the model be searched by element id so that we can determine which items are not exporting and then work out why?

Exporting to IFC - no IFC mapping data in primary mapping

We are having a few issues getting some model elements to export to IFC and in reading a previous post it highlighted that the IFC mapping list was populated with IFC data.I have enclosed a screenshot of what we see and when each area is clicked in a greyed out drop down list highlighting +IFC can be seen but not activated - should this data be loading from somewhere?
