ORD How to change the display survey data point?

For any Survey Data Point.. How can I change the symbol.. easy enough to change the decoration display.. But how to change the data point is the question...

In my Geomtery project, I have points in the Cogo buffer I want to view graphically... How do I do this??

Basically brand new to Inroads and MicroStation..Grew up with Acad, Softdesk, LDD, and Carlson...But learning as I go - so far so good...

BUT I have points in the Cogo buffer I want to diplay in the screen... (In Carlson - it's simply Draw\Locate points)

So What's the process with InRoads? (Currently InRoads V8i Select Series 2). I hope it's something that makes me say Duh..
