Google Earth Pro stays at the initial open scale showing whole world. Using Google Earth Pro version 7.1.8.3036 and Microstation&amp;nbsp; 8.11.09.867.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What happens is I try to run the exe as an administrator and the splash screen comes up and just goes away (no error) and I never get anything more so I never get the install to actually work. I downloaded this install again to make sure it was not the installer. I have installed the pre reqs but I still cannot get the install to install the program. Maybe the ACE-IT image on the machine has some things already installed like the Visual C++ version that is not playing nice--IDK.  I have tried the install several times now. Do I need to call Bentley and place an incident ticket. The version I am trying to install on the Windows 10 computer 10.00.00.42&lt;/p&gt;

The Army Corps is getting ready to move to Windows 10 and we need to be able to use all the Windows 10 compatible software packages. I also installed the pre req pack 08.11.09.03 and tried to install the client install again and still will not install.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
