My suggestion is to check and make sure your cell library is properly configured to be found by the MS_CELL and MS_CELLLIST variables. IF it does not find the 3D cell then it uses the default that we deliver.

You can use the command 'Drop Element' accessible either in the search Ribbon on the top right or in Drawing /Groups I used the Complex Geometry by Elements with Method as Automatic.
