Borehole log not shown in gINT output/report?

We have user that is attempting to create borehole log report, however, when outputting the data using an existing company template, the borehole information is not displayed, and the soil description contains no data. We confirmed they are entering the borehole information in input.. However, even after repeating the process and checking settings, it has no effect. All other items on the report appear, but we are not sure as to why the actual borehole log we need to appear in the report does not show.

has anyone experienced this issue? Are we missing a step or is this related to the template being used for the report?

Unable to Print/PDF Plan Sheets in OpenRoads Designer

I am new to ORD and Microstation Connect. I am coming from V8i SS4/SS10. I am having issues trying to plot/print/pdf sheets in ORD 10.10

So I am trying to use print organizer with ORD 10.10. It lets me add the print files and it seems to recognize the print area and everything. However, when I go to print preview, the plan sheet shows up blank. When I try to plot/print, It tried to print the first sheet and then the print dialog box closes. The exception in the message center shows "Exception Encountered Inside [WorkerMicroStationProxy.Print]".

When I try to print with Microstation Connect, my sheets are printing but my sheet views are not working (you can scroll down on this thread and see the Container File Live Nesting Issue I was having).

Can anyone please guide me why ORD 10.10 is not letting me pdf sheets?

Divider Line for Stationing using Civil Labeler Not Showing Up in Sheet View

Wondering if anyone else has come across this issue. We have some station/offset callouts in a drawing that were created using Civil Labeler in OpenRoads, and when in sheet view, the divider line in between the values does not show or display. Not sure if the issue is based on the class properties of the element (currently set as primary), or if I need to change a setting within Line Style, Weight. It shows up correct when in Image 1, but in Image 2, you can see that the divider line is missing for the callout. It shows up fine in OpenRoads, but not in MicroStation CONNECT. Is there a reason for this difference?

[Microstation V8i S4] InRoads Startup error "failed to load INROADS.3.1.DLL"

Hello all,

I installed the current version of InRoads (ir81109918en.exe) on top of my MicroStation V8i SS4 V08.11.09.862 running on a Workstation with Microsoft Windows 10. The Installation of InRodas works fine and finished without any error message.

When I have started Inroads the first time, I 've received a .net error. I eliminate it by commenting out the line with "InRoads_SS4=1" in file "InRoads.3.1.cfg" as suggested in https://communities.bentley.com/products/road___site_design/

After that MicroStation starts but in the end of loading a dgn a error message "Failed to load INROADS.3.1.DLL" appears. The new microstation menue entry "Application" is empty.

Can someone help me with this Problem? What's going wrong with the Installation?

"Failed to load InRoads.3.1.dll" Everytime InRoads is launched

Have this situation where I'm installing MicroStation v8i SS4 (08.11.09.832) and InRoads Group v8i (08.11.09.789) together on a new system. After installing successfully with no errors, I attempt to launch InRoads but receive an error message regarding the .NET framework (resolved by commenting out a command in the InRoads.3.1 file), and then loads a "Failed to load InRoads.3.1.dll" message every time it's launched. Re-installing the software, removing registry keys, testing another .dgn file (both project and sample data) present the same error.

Launching only on MicroStation has no errors, only when trying to run InRoads in conjuction with Microstation. Both are SS4, and this installation was on a brand new system, the only other Bentley apps on there were GEOPAK SS2 and GEOPAK SS4.

Attempted to re-install, clearing all InRoads files from C: drive, clearing regkeys, changing target path in InRoads shortcut, editing InRoads.3.1.dll to remove .NET framework errors, creating "Load Inroads.cfg" file has no effect. Applications tab does not display InRoads either, so wondering if somewhere the installation process is breaking or an additional step is needed. We are planning to eventually move to Microstation SS10 in the near future but not at the moment so we cannot install any SS10 versions. Wondering how I can resolve this error for SS4.

System is running Windows 10 20H2. All drivers up to date. Having this occur on a brand new system with no other apps besides, and a staff member's system running same versions.
