Often, the splash screen appears and then gINT closes. It does not proceed to the product.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We believe it is caused by specific versions of Windows 10 and an update from April 2019. We are currently working with Microsoft for a resolution to this issue.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Workaround:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The current workaround is to run gINT in compatibility mode.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Microsoft posted directions &lt;a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15078/windows-make-older-programs-compatible"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Please include the Windows 10 version you are using. &amp;nbsp;If you do not know which version of Windows 10 you are using, you can read directions &lt;a href="https://www.windowscentral.com/how-check-your-windows-10-build"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt; to assist you.&lt;/p&gt;
