Superelevation Editing Problems

I'm using the OpenRoad Designer CONNECT Edition - 2020 Release 3 Update 9 - Version 10.09.00.91. The inside shoulders are not coming in correctly and I am trying to edit them. But I am not able to edit any superelevation using the Superelevation Model nor the Superelevation Editor. I am able to try make changes in the Superelevation Editor but it throws up an error after trying to process the change.

Has anyone had this problem before or know what is going on?
