Okay I think I might found the reason why things aren't turning off and on in my sheet file based on the changes I'm making to the level display in the ref file It's weird why this is happening But it seem like when I'm making changes to my ref file…

a simple method i've found is to - highlight the file from the list - select ( from pop up menu or file document menu) Send To > Mail Recipient - only a copy of the selective file is attached to the e-mail.
