The hatching in PDFs is only visible in Adobe Acrobat, not any web browser. We also have the same issue printing many of our logs - only color is visible, no hatching. To fix this, we have to open in Adobe Acrobat Pro, flatten the PDF, and then print.

Is it possible to make our logs usable outside of Adobe Acrobat? It's a hassle to flatten each set of logs every time. We don't know which PDF viewer our clients use, and we'd like cross-platform support.

I attached screenshots showing how it looks in Acrobat vs Edge.

Thanks!

Microsoft Edge:

Adobe Acrobat:

I change the settings so that the red error message (x mm of x mm used) goes away, but the OK button is still not available. Screenshot attached.

Overall, I seem to be experiencing strange issues with page layouts today. Were changes made to Template Studio recently? All of the templates I saved today have incorrect Depth Area settings.
