    Try to change the scale of the loadings. This can be done in View -> Label Settings -> Scales. For wind load, try changing Dist. Force option.

    In the Physical Modeler go to Model -> Integrity Check. In the opened dialog click Validate button and then Delete button. Duplicate and orphan nodes will be removed. Now try to import the model into the Analytical Modeler and see if that works.

    It looks OK at my end. Which STAAD.Pro version are you using? If not the latest one (22.07.00.160), please upgrade and see if that solves the issue.
