In August 2020, Gina returned to a role that allows her to engage more directly with users and accounts around the globe through the design, communication, promotion, and delivery of live and online training, conferences, and special programs across the spectrum of Bentley software offerings. She is responsible for driving assigned projects from conception to completion with particular emphasis on messaging, goals, and outcomes.
Prior to this, she was Corporate Events Marketing Manager working with marketing, product development, and application engineering colleagues to share the value of how Bentley's design and collaboration software applications can help users save time, effort, and money on infrastructure projects. Her main responsibilities included recruitment messaging, event schedules, Website content, and delivery of global events including CONNECTION Events and Seminars, Going Digital Events, Year in Infrastructure industry forums, ACCELERATE virtual series and more. Gina joined Bentley in 2014 as a marketing manager for the Bentley Institute where she was responsible for communication and awareness of Bentley Learning offerings & events, including the Learning Conferences, Learning Days, and courses & classes.
Prior to joining Bentley, Gina was in a similar role with the American Institute for CPCU, a professional education and designation granting organization serving the property & casualty insurance industry. She started her career in adult & professional education at The Wharton School where she managed a portfolio of custom executive education programs on leadership, strategy, organizational behavior, and management.
Gina holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from St. Joseph's University and a master's in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, both in Philadelphia, PA. She serves on the board of two local non-profits and is a certified EMT.
