Parent field not found when trying to import into holebase

I'm trying to write a new AGS Sheet using KeyAGS in excel to import into Holebase. We currently have sheets that import correctly into Holebase and so I am matching up the formatting with these after importing the data fields, however the sheet I have created brings up the error message "No parent field in table 'HOLE':[HOLE_ID:WS1]". How do I solve this given it's the same as my other sheets?

KeyAGS licence not valid

KeyAGS licence isn't valid and is showing as not being able to be read. Please could I have some assistance with this. It seems to think we are running the free version.
