&lt;p&gt;We are currently using alert manager to warn our business about any informal overruns warnings and this is working perfectly. We had a problem with our web server on Monday morning where no notices were being sent and we had a large number of notices sat in a pending send state.&lt;br /&gt;We are under obligation to send out all our overnight and weekend work by 10am and we only noticed this problem late and only just sent out all the noticesin time.&lt;br /&gt;Our business has asked if there is anything we can do, using the atlas system to proactively alert us if this happens again.&lt;br /&gt;I was wondering if there was anything if we can do using alert manager. Could we do a count of web service transactions that are pending send and if we hit a threshold of, say, 10 send out the alert to specified users.&lt;br /&gt;Thanks&lt;br /&gt;Dom&lt;/p&gt;
