We had a problem with our web server on Monday morning where no notices were being sent and we had a large number of notices sat in a pending send state.<br />We are under obligation to send out all our overnight and weekend work by 10am and we only noticed this problem late and only just sent out all the noticesin time.<br />Our business has asked if there is anything we can do, using the atlas system to proactively alert us if this happens again.<br />I was wondering if there was anything if we can do using alert manager. Could we do a count of web service transactions that are pending send and if we hit a threshold of, say, 10 send out the alert to specified users.<br />Thanks<br />Dom</p> <p></p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
