    Ron Jones
Hi Parker, If you have AccuDraw enabled when you use the Rotate View tool you can press O to set the rotation point as the AccuDraw origin and then the view will rotate about that point and stay in the same plane as the AccuDraw compass. Pick the…

UPDATE: After several hours of testing multiple data sets from multiple computers, it would appear that the culprit for this uninformative message (and error) is active/opened Dynamic Cross Section Views . If one leaves an OpenRoads Designer Design…

    Rod Wing

Unfortunately yes. The only thing I haven't tried is to rename the WorkSpace/WorkSet back to the name set in the dgnws. I wouldn't hold out much hope for that to work however. The other thing to be aware of is that all of the dgn files have to belong…

Nark, It is my understanding that it corrects a memory issue revealed by cells and "could" be the cause of your VBA property work as well. I would certainly try that version. We only changed the underlying platform code and not the ORD code between…

    Tim Grimm
PokeIt is a MicroStation VBA application. It's used to select, isolate or hide elements based on their attributes, such as level, color, line style, etc. The filter criterion is populated from a selected, or "poked," element rather than from a list in…

Old thread, but thought an update was relevant. So unable to duplicate what you have achieved with Item Types in Navisworks Manage upto and including 2022. However, just installed Navis Manage 2023 and using a DGN that has had the Mesh bound to it using…

It seems that a lot of users have trouble getting started with the OpenRoads Designer SDK. Especially when they are trying to use it inside Visual Studio. So I thought I would make a quick video which shows how I have setup my Visual Studio to use the…

For a very simple one level extruded solid, we can use expression this.GetElement().GetItem("SmartFeaturesSchema:Extrude").Distance to get the Distance. For your three levels smart feature, need more investigation.

We have experienced this as well. We discovered that you need to go into your reference's Adjust Colors settings (Reference > Properties > Adjust Colors) and check on Print Adjusted Colors for each reference that you wish to show transparency for.
