Just to inquire if there is already a circular baseplate design with circular bolt arrangement in the latest ram connection software? If not yet, can it be requested to be added in the next version?

Is it defined as a diagonal distance (in the axis of the beam) or a orthogonal distance (perpendicular to the girder)?

The graphical output of the connection gives conflicting information. ie first image below indicate diagonal distance (bolts on cleat), and other indicate orthogonal distance (bolts off cleat)

I am designing a brace with a beam to AS 4100 as shown below:

My (dummy) loads are as follows

RAM checks the strength of the column web and says this is failing. See below. The design action of 643kN does not match the loads applied. Reviewing the detailed calcs shows the design action is being calculated from a section capacity. I assume this is a bug. Please address, or otherwise advise.

RAM also checks "Beam web to end plate local tension". RAM has indicated the critical load case for this is what I have named "C1", which contains only compressive loads. RAM appears to be treating compressive loads as a tensile load. I assume this is a bug. Please address, or otherwise advise.

Can you please confirm if RAM Connection checks pinned base plates in tension, specifically the "design capacity of steel base plate" to ASI Design Guide 7 Section 10.1.

There does not appear to be this check in the results for this design module.
