I&#39;ve tried reinstalling the plugin&nbsp;and check marking the box&nbsp;under&nbsp;<strong>Orbit</strong> <strong>3D Mapping</strong> and nothing is still showing up. I&#39;ve tried using a new file as well to see if my existing file was the issue but no luck. Is there any other way to prompt up this toolbar?&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
