i found no video to add data bands like design levels existing levels level difference stations super elevation horizontal & vertical geometry etc in profile view is this possible to add data bands in profile view like civil 3d???

copy alignment with profile with fence tool

2 questions

first is there any way i can copy portion of alignment with profiles with fence tool as you can see 4 red lines are alignments having own profiles i want to copy fence portion of aliments with profiles to some other location is there a way to do it?

my second questions is there any way color scheme remain same when we convert from auto cad to micro station mean red should be red after conversion and green should be green blue should be blue color scheme should no change is there any way possible it?

I am working in a contractor company in Dubai.we are having project of bridge and retaining walls. i have to calculate reinforcement for bridge piers, deck slab and retaining walls and create bar bending schedule bars

i am having 3d models of my bridge in auto cad civil 3d

my question is which Bentley software is best for reinforcement calculation and creating bar Bending schedule bars of bridge piers, deck slab and retaining walls from auto cad civil 3d 3D models ( I have 3d models of retaining walls, bridge piers and deck slab just want to import, create reinforcement and bar bending schedule of models )

I saw many videos and posts about pro-structure but i am unable up to now to make a bar bending schedule it will be a great favor if any one explain me in some steps in sequence mean which commands i have to apply in sequence to make bar bending schedule of a concrete column

again i made a concrete column.... assigned steel.... next what i have to do to mean which commands in sequence i should use to generate a bar bending table of reinforcement

power inroads settings

Hello .....

I am new to power inroads i found a lot of .dgnlib files in workspace and no one was showing attached with power inroads i made setting like pics below for testing purpose copy all dgn files in a folder and give path of that folder in dgnlib variable in configuration now settings is showing in power inroads like below pics

I am confuse on some points

1-why not all dgn lib automatically attached to power inroads design file?

2-how to configure civil cells library? my civil cell library is emtry even i attached all dgnlib all at once...

3-if xin file is controlling feature definitions that xin file is attached but levels are not showing in design file when i draw a aliment it never goes on a level but it goes on level 0 as shown in attached pic & if levels controls by dgn lib then how i know which dgn lib i should attach for civil.xin?

4-element templates is also showing attached dgn files but no levels in design file no civil cell why?

5-how i can get spot levels on surface?

6-if i import surface or creat surface through civil tools shows in power inroads explorer if i put surface feature definition on auto export so if i will put geometry like aliment profile etc on auto export that will also show in power inroads explorer?

hello dears i am beginner of power inroads have a question

1-civil tools imported surface (.xml) is not shown up in power inroads explorer surfaces why?

2-how i can show slope percentages with flow arrows when i import surface from civil tools using xml file or any other source?

3-where is low high points symbology located?

4-there are many of feature definitions like survey civil feature metric which are these have some link with preference files in power inroads explorer ? how i can setup all files linked to my design file?

5-if i will make some alignments, profiles surfaces from civil tools then will shown up or not in power inroads explorer? if not then why? the what is use of power inroads explorer?

6-which dgn libraries control element templates and which controls feature definitions?

unable element template, feature defination and style amnager relation to each other

i am a student i am unable to understand relation between element template, feature defination and style amnager. i am unable to under stand if we use element template for element propertie then why feature defination and if we use feature defination then why element template what is relation between these.how we attach these files.where are these files... for example if i want in an aligment i want different colours for line and curves where i will make changes...element template or feature defination.actualyy i want to understand relation between highlighted in attached pic.
