1. If I have multiple units within a bridge (2 bearing lines at a pier), is there a way to have the girder section end before the CL of Pier? I have offset the bearing and stopped the slab where I need to, but the member definition states that the girder section has an incomplete section. I do not want to include this additional length of girder section for bearing reactions.

2. Under Pier/Abutment locations, what is the intent of the "Offset to Bridge CL" option? My baseline is not centered on the bridge, so I assumed that I should enter a value here to offset the center of piers and abutments. Graphically this did not occur and the piers are still centered on the baseline. Also, it appeared to alter my span lengths when it came to member definition.

3. When defining crossframes, the graphics do not match the intent from cross-frame/diaphragm definition. I have defined my diagonals based on the top of the member. At the top of the crossframe the offset appears to be correct in the graphics. In the bottom of the crossframe, the offset is shown much larger than the input value.

Thank you for your assistance.

Design Truck

Live (Max) = 109.7 kips

Truck = 68.6 kips

Lane = 41.0 kips

Double Truck

Live (Max) = 128.6 kips

Double Truck = 87.6 kips

Lane = 41.0 kips

I'm confused, the program user manual states that the 0.9 factor for double truck is internally coded. If so, how can the Lane Load reaction for Design Truck and Double Truck be the same? Is the 0.9 factor not included as part of these reactions?

Thank you

I also have a few general comments/suggestions regarding future enhancements:

- Provide ability to automatically adjust footing off of multiple controlling terrains. There are some areas that my footings are controlled by existing ground and some controlled by proposed ground.

- Ability to copy up 3D shape to dgn to add visualization features. Currently if I want to show this to a client I have to export it to a google sketch up format and then re-import it.

- Vertical clearance - clash detection is ok for knowing you have enough vertical clearance in some locations but this is a bridge/transportation specific tool. Being able to define a corridor and have it look for and call out minimum vertical clearance would make this a more intelligent model.

Thanks
