Hey Jeff, I am using the same version of ORD and have had the same issue. My work around has been to export to XML to import into SS2 (aka SS10) as mentioned above.

Make sure you are specifying the IPLOT .pen file in the 'Design Script' field of the MicroStation Print dialog. Not the 'Pen Table' field, which refers to MicroStation pen table (.tbl) files.
