I started working as a contractor for Bentley in 1994 and joined in 1997. When I first started using MicroStation, I loved it and wanted to tell the rest of the world. I have extensive experience in all aspects of MicroStation, Navigator, ProjectWise, and Bentley Descartes and have written many manuals over the years on many topics covering the complete range of tools, workflows and features.
Previously I was responsible for managing and producing learning content for several software products, as well as researching and developing new training methods and deliveries. I love learning. Learning is agility. By learning new things you can survive and even thrive in constant change. You must be able to apply continuous learning at the individual and organizational level.
Currently, I am the Director of Product Management for Modeling and Visualization. The role involves overseeing the future of Power Platform products, primarily MicroStation and PowerDraft and the Visualization apps like LumenRT and Vue.
