I am trying to export a RAM Elements model to Revit 2018. The RAM elements model has been analyzed. There are custom sections and materials defined since this is an existing building that was designed using AISC 5th Edition.

When I attempt to create the ISM Repository, I receive the error message "Previous IsmStructurePropertyCatalog initialization failed". I understand from the article below that the Bentley Property Catalog service needs to be running. It is not available under "Services".

I have Bentley ISM REVIT Plugin 10.02.02.26, Bentley Structural Synchronizer 10.02.01.147, RAM Elements, 15.00.00.18 and Revit 2018. Are all of these versions compatible? The latest version of the Structural Synchronizer available through our IT department is Bentley Structural Synchronizer CONNECT 10.03.01.06.

RAM Frame Inherent Torsion for Semirigid Diaphragm

ASCE 7-10 12.14.8.3.2.1 requires that "The design of structures with diaphragms that are NOT flexible shall include the torsional moment, Mt, resulting from eccentricity between the locations of center of mass and the center of rigidity".

I am trying to analyze a structure and am receiving the "Eigen Error" message and unable to complete the analysis. I understand from the Wiki page that it may be beneficial to determine the period first and input in the seismic and wind criteria. When I try to add a dynamic analysis, the "OK" button to select the number of modes is greyed out. Is there a step needed before adding the Eigen Solution dynamic load case?

I started modeling a building with concrete walls, steel joists, and metal decking for the roof. When I am looking at the layout (2d) plan view the deck and joists show just fine. When I go to the 3D viewer or RAM Frame, they do not show and I get an error message:

Can anyone determine what the issue is here? I've assigned slab edges and slab layout and steel joists as I normally do and haven't had this issue before.
