Profile sheets showing zero levels

My profile sheets are showing zero levels on the existing surface annotation box.

Everything appears fine in the annotation group. The terrain surface is active and showing in the sections. Have tried a number of different annotation types

Have wasted hours trying to sort this out. Has anyone else come across this hurdle and found a solution?

ORD Release 6 export to MX genio

Im having major issue export ORD release 6 corridor's to MX genio.....it either crashes ORD or write genio with all M string labels, i've updated the translation table with match MX string labels but still no luck....also in which file/folder does the translation live....i can't find it???

The reason for this is to import in 12D genio format?

Where is the option to import an annotation xml file under the Manage Annotation dialogue box in the newest release of openroads. It appears to be missing. See photos:
