why do we need to go thru those steps ? can't you just provide the list of products that require/use the "Connections" passport license ? That way the list can provide information to anyone else who finds this post.

Passports are assigned to unique users so even using Passport once it will get logged as annual usage and you get offer for it next year based on outdated historical usage by users.

Yes but nonCONNECT Projectwise use Passport so standalone Navigator users get fined for not even using "old" Projectwise.

Bentley Navigator(DGN) also uses Passport but now get charged extra because Projectwise also uses same licensing model even if Navigator is used as standalone.
