First floor ceiling and roof

My model consists of two floors, 2.7m high for first floor and 2.7m for second floor. I added a pitch roof which messed the whole model up, so i deleted the roof data from the DDBROOF.NDX folder along with the ROOFPOLY.* and RLIGHTPOLY.* files. The model has become slightly better, but in 3D model view i can see straight down to the GF- so the GF has no ceiling. How do i add a ceiling to the GF. I also want to add a pitch roof with the middle edge elevated 2.25m, but i cant seem to get the datum height correct. Please can someone help me. im assuming the datum height is just 2.7+2.7=5.4m.

Missing Rooms in Energy Simulator

Opened a project I have been working on and all of the rooms I had created have disappeared. Has this happened to anybody else before? I am pretty new to this version.

Can you let me know how to initialise my project, I have added the company information but this has not worked.

Also the company logo is not showing even after following the below instructions:

Weather data: run-time error 62 input past end of file

Hi,

I keep having this issue with one of my models.

It is not letting me go into weather data to input my weather files correctly. My global changes and fabric data work fine, it just seems to be the weather data that gives the error message as shown below.

Would you be able to provide a solution please.

Hello,

I have an active project which has encountered a "run-time error 62 input past end of file" error.

When I load up the project all of the data seems to have been lost, is there a way to recover the project?

CIBSE Weather Data

Hi,

I have downloaded CIBSE weather data, however when following the steps of installing the weather files from CIBSE and saving then within the Weather data>Cibse folder located at C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Hevacomp V8i\Hevacomp. I cant see no weather data folder after i click into the Hevacomp folder. Does anybody why i cant locate the weather data folder?

Any help is appriciated.
