Saving or exporting as a V7 DGN or DXF does not cause the same issue and V8 DGNs produced in Microstation V8i also do not have the same issue. Is there something different about how Connect is encoding V8 DGNs? Does anyone have a suggestion to fix this issue? I if I update the cells, they get the link again. If I reopen the file the link is lost again. Is there something I&#39;m missing?
