Hi, Hevacomp is not producing a new xml file since I move to the latest copy of the software. I have check link from the forum insurance details, address, assessor details etc.. but it still does not produce a xml file.

I really need help today with this. I have been trying to produce an xml file? I have one from 10/09/2020 before I update to SP10 software. I have run the programme again this morning after moving the address down one line. I have now got a new EPC certificate ref 0010-1208-0380-4310-3010 but no new xml file. The old file for the 10/09/2020 is still in the filing. Has anybody produced an EPC using SP10 software?

Can you advise me of the IP address needed for the Licence, info needed for my IT in order to pass new fire walls. Connection client cannot connect due to new fire wall, My It need info in order to create an exception.

When I am running results on Hevacomp PartL 2013 I get the following message on my screen. Security permissions do not allow changes to form fields including filling out forms.

Will I be able to file an EPC with the message coming up on the screen? I need to complete an EPC on Monday 15th July 2019 so I need to know if there is an issue with this. I am using Version V8i SS1 SP8 (V8i SS1 CP3 (06/16)) of Hevacomp.

EPC certificate EPCgen Error (401)

I am trying to Lodge an EPC, I have entered the Accreditation Company and my Registration code. Hevacomp does not produce a XML file but I get an file which has the following error - ERROR(401) - Bad Request: "Software is not on the list of accredited software for lodgement"

My Accreditation Company and my Registration code work with other programs.
