I hate this software so bad

Here am I just venting because I have nothing else to do with my life but stay late, not creating value for my clients or solving issues that matter but trying to get this disaster of software to work.
The number one reason why I want to quit engineering is that I have to use this software. I hate it so bad, is so unstable and everything that it promises to accomplish falls way short off, I don't get it. so sick of working hours on end to achieve nothing and then having to eat those hours myself, time that I could have spent with family or doing something productive instead of dealing with this disaster.

Profile window text sizing

Is it possible to change the text sizing in the profile view? Not civil text but the elevation and station text.

Non-Indexed view levels.

Does anyone know how the default level display is controlled when in a non-indexed model, aka profile or dynamic cross section? Whenever I open a profile view from a referenced alignment all of the levels are turned off. Even when saving settings.

Print Organizer Hangs

Our print organizer is hanging on "Printing display list" when printing large aerial wms file. Anyone else having this issue or a fix? The raster quality is set to like 40 dpi.

OpenRoads Survey Data Format Dialog

I'm curious as to if there is a way to remove unwanted entries in the Data Format dialog box for OpenRoads Survey. I want to be able to assign only one so I can drag and drop files into the fieldbooks. As it stands now I have four separate entries for various tiw file types.
