You are specifying font 4. That is not a MicroStation delivered font. For columns that used spaces for alignment you need to use a monospaced font. Is font 4 a monospaced font?

From what I can see. The space before "_"POSGENE was in the original text I copied from your post. You were using Tabs to Deliminate between columns. The resource Font I used, is not mono-spaced.
