I'm having a problem where the grips/graphical manipulators and dynamic text on on the superelevation lanes and model view are not showing up.

I thought to check in:File > Settings > User > Preferences > View Options - Civil to discover there are no settings for superelevation. Online documentation says there is. Is this something that needs to be turned on/installed?

I'm using OpenRoads Designer CE 2021 Release 1

ORD CE : Corridors Template Drop - there is a gap between the end station range and the created 3D template

I have created a road with vertical alignment and then applied a template with a interval of 10m. Depending on where the stationing is of the template is, there is a gap of varying length from the created template and the model. This also happens between the end of the template and where the CIvil Cell starts, also on the Civil Cell where the template starts and end. See below where hopefully this all can be seen. What am I doing wrong?
