Arman’s experience includes designing mixed-use complexes, high-rise structures, hybrid programs and STEM lab buildings. Throughout his 16-year career he has worked as Core and Shell designer of numerous types of buildings which includes corporate offices, health care facilities. His specialty lies in designing Lab buildings for institutions and universities of which, quite a few has been built and celebrated by users. He has excellent command on various kind of design tooling and visualization software, and uses them seamlessly to tailor unique specificity for each clientele projects.
He has five years of teaching experience as senior lecturer in academia with Asia Pacific University, Bangladesh and five years on job training as Industrial Designer with GTZ Germany which included six months stay and product development collaborations with village artisans; and also branding & marketing such products in EU Trade fairs (Tendence 2003, 2004 & Ambiente,2003, 2004). These varied background and experience helps him appreciate Process of design & also with his research approach for each building that he designs.
His master’s thesis research work emphasizes on using parametric design tooling and scripting. As a designer, he has worked on many complex projects, both within USA, Canada and abroad. He was also an Alpha Tester for AutoDesk Revit 2010 architecture. He has been with Stantec as architect (Core, Shell and Systems designer) for the past 8 years working in multiple locations in Philadelphia, Cleveland and Toronto.
