Can't transform position to ECEF

I am importing a point cloud with a trajectory file and it seems if that the only SRS that works is ECEF. If I select NAD83, I get this error message "Can't transform position to ECEF". I've tried running the program with my point cloud in ECEF with photos in WGS84 but it seemed that the point cloud was way when I inserted my control. I need the point cloud to be inserted as NAD 83. Why even get the option if ContextCapture can't process a point cloud using this SRS?
