Saved views in Connect are not supporting point clouds

I am using Descartes with Microstation Connect to cut sections of a point cloud. My goal is to create saved views of each section and then place them on sheets. I've done this in the past in V8i and it worked fine but for some reason it does not work in Connect. The first issue is Microstation crashes often creating the saved view of the section. The second issue is the saved view is blank when I place it in the sheet. If I close Connect and open the file in V8i, I can see the point cloud attached. If I try to just apply the saved view in Connect, the entire point cloud shows up instead of the section. Any ideas why this isn't working in Connect?

Batch process merge and detach alert box

I'm trying to create a txt file to use with batch processor that will merge a reference and then detach the rest of the references. The commands to do this work fine except there is a prompt to click OK after both commands. Is there a command that can be used with batch processor that will dismiss or surpress the Alert dialog? Any help would be appreciated.
