I am using PLAXIS 2D to run a seismic slope deformation analysis. The slope is about 300 feet high and therefore the model dimensions are relatively big. It is noted that the top of the slope has a total displacement of about 4 feet at the end of the earthquake, which is not considered realistic. any suggestions on possible model setup mistakes or possible explanation / interpretation for this? Thanks.

The boundaries I use are a free field with a complaint base and without it and with original deformation and edited, the results are way too much from the original.

Please help how can I get the same results in FLAC.
