OpenRoadsDesigner : what is differences and advantages of having ManagedSDKExample and UnmanagedSDKExample example

From what i understood one runs its code on C# and other on C++.

ManagedSDKexample uses dll headers while unmanagedsdkexamples uses API header files.

My question :

1. Is there any advantage with unmanagedsdk over managed because its uses API headers ?

2. To call the functions from managed and unmanaged the user had to enter the keyin and execute the commands. So what is the advantage when both operates in the same way ?

3. Does user get more advantage working with unmanagedsdk because of C++ ? Is so please kindly elaborate.

I am trying to run the examples using buildallexamples.bat file. I come across the above error.

I am using VS2017 Professional on windows 10 64 bit

I dont have VS2015 on my computer . Should i also install 2015 version ? Any help is appreciated .

OpenRoads API

I would like to use the SDK and open the OpenRoad application and create a alignment from the code.

Can anyone help me identifying the API / COM object / dll file to start my code.

Also i want to an existing file in OpenRoads from Code.

Any help regarding the API is appreciated. The help in the forums and the Bentley product help is very less with respect to API.
